The Beatles - Please Please Me Distilled
.
40x50cm Screen Print,
Limited Edition of 50.

50th Anniversary Special Edition.
This beautiful hand-pulled screenprint has been made in a
strictly limited edition of 50 to celebrate the 50th anniversary
of the release of the Beatles debut album 'Please Please Me".

"Please Please Me" was originally released on March the 22nd 1963. The album comprised of the band's first two singles "Love Me Do" and "Please Please Me", their b-sides and a further ten tracks that were unbelievably recorded in a single day at Abbey Road Studios on February the 11th 1963. The day ended with the band's legendary cover of "Twist and Shout", which was recorded last in a single take, as John Lennon's vocal performance on the track was so raw and intense that by the time he'd finished, his voice was completely shot.

This striking and original print has been created by taking the entire lyrics of "Please Please Me" and "distilling" them into a unique and stylish typographic artwork.

Measuring 40 x 50 cm in size (approx. 16"x20") the print is hand screenprinted onto archival quality 100% recycled 270gsm board.

The print is a strictly limited edition of just 50 and each print is individually numbered and hand signed and dated on the back.

All prints are shipped in extra sturdy poster tubes to prevent damage in transit.

Please allow extra time for delivery if buying from outside the UK.

Please note, the frame shown in the photographs is for illustration purposes only and not included in the sale. Prints will fit a standard sized frame, including those available from Ikea and elsewhwere.
